Job description:

Our client, a leading electronic contract profile manufacturer specialized in high mix PCBA to complex box build assembly, is seeking a Program Manager for their Montreal, Quebec facility.

Qualifications:

• Post Secondary Degree in engineering, electronics, business or other related discipline
• Minimum 3-5 years experience in a manufacturing setting, preferable electronics
• 3-5 years Project/Program Management Experience
• ERP experience
• Microsoft Project experience would be an asset
• Excellent leadership/motivational attributes
• Great communication skills, both written and oral
• Flexibility with traveling and extended time at customer sites
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for leading complex and critical customer engagements
• Providing guidance and direction to team members
• Ensuring programs are on track and identifying risks and delays
• The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the requirements of: New Program Identification and Coordination; Engineering Changes; Production Schedule Tracking; Creating and Maintaining Gant Charts; Raw Material Analysis ; Customer Interface and Feedback; Projects Related to customers
• Responsible for enhancing the organizations reputation through analysis and organization of multiple projects; accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to customer needs

Compensation:

Base salary plus commission and discretionary pay. Total package in the $90,000 range.
