Job description:

Our client, a worldwide leader in the service industry has an opening in its Canadian market. The opening is due to rapid growth.

This is a hunter position with targeted compensation in the six figures at plan. Key senior sales executive position in which you can leverage big dollars. This industry leader has outstanding benefits and offers significant opportunity for advancement.

Position Profile:

To meet the new business revenue goals in an assigned sales territory. To develop and execute a specific sales plan within an assigned Sales Territory. To create and develop strong sales funnel.

Essential Functions:

The essential functions may contain some or all of the following:

• To meet or exceed New Business Sales Plan.
• Complete Need Analysis for potential customers.
• Manage CRM tool
• Professional Hunter Position
• Team selling.
• Using the consultative selling approach
• Qualify and develop prospects.
• Travel (50% Toronto/ 50% Montreal)

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelors Degree (Science Degree is a plus)
• Bilingual (French/English)
• Five plus years successful business to business sales experience.
• Strategic sales experiences.
• Must be able to demonstrate a thorough understanding of consultative sales skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong presentation development and delivery skills.
• Strong proposal writing skills.
• Prior formal (classroom) sales training.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Problem solving skills.
• Experience selling pharmaceuticals, copiers, or sanitation products is an asset.

Compensation:

This position pays a salary in the $60k range and a commission package that will pay approximately $120k On-Target Earnings in the first year and $160k On-Target Earnings in the second year. Expenses are paid and there is an excellent health and dental insurance program for employees.
