Mobility Consultant
Our client, a business services company with
over 200 offices in 50 countries,and specializing in relocation services is seeking an enthusiastic individual to fill the position of Mobility Consultant in their Burlington, Ontario office.
Primary Functions:
The primary functions of the position are:
- Provide a single point of
coordination for International, Canada Domestic and Cross Border relocation services to transferring employees on behalf of the company's corporate client.
- Manage third party service partners, suppliers and other company departments in order to provide a coordinated service delivery.
- Coordinate with the Financial Analyst and maintain
responsibility for data requirements for internal and external reporting requirements.
Duties:
The duties of this position
are:
- Primary contact (most contact is by telephone and email) for transferring employee. Contact transferee within 24 hours (or as per client's KPI's) of initial enquiry. Conduct needs assessment and provide counseling on all services to be provided.
- Initiate and coordinate the delivery of all services in order to meet the Key Performance Indicators as outlined in
the client Service Level Agreement.
- Manage ongoing delivery of service and policies and relate them to standard company operating procedures.
- Day to day management of third parties involved in the
relocation process.
- Accurately maintain all files and databases to
ensure data integrity.
- Assist with the compilation of client reports.
- Continuously seek to improve program performance by adjusting internal operational procedures (in conjunction with the National Director GMS).
- Assure a high level of client satisfaction in order that the
client will act as a reliable and enthusiastic reference for company.
- Promote additional relocation services as appropriate
- Update transferee at all key points during the relocation regarding progress and update internal systems with details of same
- Ensures that the Financial Analyst has all information necessary in order to complete customer billing on a timely basis
- Manage neative feedback including completion of Improvement Opportunity Form (IOF) along with the Account
Manager.
General Duties:
- Assist with presentation materials and documents
- Assist the Account Manager to prepare account specific performance reviews and attend and participate in these reviews where appropriate
- Other duties as instructed from time to time by the
National Sales Director or Chief Operating Officer.
Qualifications:
- University degree or college diploma in business administration or business management.
- Minimum 3-5 years experience in a business services company.
- Minimum 1 year experience as the key contact for strategic accounts.
- Experience in the relocation services industry is an asset.
- Excellent communications skills oral and written.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office applications, especially Word, Excel,Powerpoint and Outlook.
- Excellent organization and time management skills.
- Able to meet deadlines and work under pressure.
Compensation:
This position pays a salary in the $50,000 range depending on experience.Excellent benefits and career
