Regional Sales Manager

Introduction

Our client, a leader in the industrial electronic repair industry is presently seeking a highly successful industrial sales professional to fill the position of Regional Sales Manager.

Position Responsibilities

The Regional Sales Manager?s responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

• Manage sales territory and meet assigned bookings goals
• Execute sales plans and programs
• Provide professional image and representation to the marketplace
• Support existing customers and channel partners
• Identify, qualify and acquire new direct business and new channel partners
• Provide training, leadership and training to channel partners
• Work with channel partners to provide ongoing service to their client base
• Provide monthly forecast
• Execute and provide feedback on marketing and sales programs
• Support KSD, OEM, integrator and national account activities
• Provide periodic reporting and recommendation on business activities/ opportunities to maximize business activity

Qualifications

• Two-year technical degree and 5 or more years of successful industrial sales/service experience (minimum requirement)
• Four year technical degree and 10 years history of successful industrial sales experience in territory (highly desirable)
• Experience in directing and managing indirect channels
• Local territory/customer knowledge and experience
• History of independent performance

Compensation

Base salary is $65,000.00 with on target earnings of $80,000.00.
