Our customer, a leading designer and manufacturer of connectivity solutions for the CCTV, Audio-Video and Structured Cabling market, is actively seeking candidates for the following new job opportunity.

Customer and Sales Support Manager

Responsibilities:

  • Help manage existing accounts
  • Help identify and develop new accounts
  • Provide input regarding sales strategy/plan
  • Tradeshow co-ordination
  • Customer Service Liaison
  • Help maintain the ACT sales contact database
  • Marketing Activities

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Proven sales ability
  • Effective leadership skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Analytical ability
  • Effective problem solving ability
  • Professional appearance and presentation
  • Familiarity with the CCTV, audio-video and/or structured cabling environment an asset.

Salary and benefits package:

Compensation for this position is in the range of $40,000 - $50,000 salary plus bonus depending on experience and ability.
