Market Development Manager

The Mandate:

Our client, the largest and fastest growing automotive repair franchise network in North America, is currently seeking a Market Development Manager.

Role:

The role of the Market Development Manager is to ensure continued market share growth. The candidate will build strong working relationships with the existing franshisees in the market and develop new locations. On the B2B sales side, the MDM will become an integral part of the local insurance broker and insurance company professional community and manage the execution of the regional consumer and B2B campaigns. Promoting the stores to the insurance broker and insurance company offices within the region is also a responsibility.

Qualifications:

  • bilingual
  • 5 years business to business sales experience
  • experience in sales related to a technical market
  • experience in the auto body collision industry
  • ability to prospect qualify and close sales
  • superior commitment to customer service
  • self-management and organizational skills
  • creative thinking and problem solving skills
  • ability to work independently as well as part of a team
  • focused on value added selling
  • valid drivers licence and reliable vehicle
  • proficiency in ms word, excel, power point

Compensation

Base salary, plus commissions, expenses, health and dental.
